We clean to the Australian standard and that is a 7 step process as follows:
STEP 1
Pre inspection of your carpet to determine the fibre type and condition to find the best cleaning solution to get the best results
STEP 2
Industrial pre vacuum to remove all dry soil particles and is a must to achieve the best results.
STEP 3
Pre spray cleaning detergent to suspend soil to make the extraction process easy and to sanitise.
STEP 4
Agitation with rotary scrubber to get those deep down soils loose for the extraction step.
STEP 5
Hot water extraction.
STEP 6
We then use a conditioning rinse to neutrilise your carpet to leave it soft and cleaner for longer.
STEP 7
Grooming your carpet pile back in one direction to help aid drying.
